The true leader empowers the church, is more of a facilitator, inspires, encourages progress as a team player, ensures and guides the development of the spiritual gifts of the church, seeks the spiritual maturity of the church, seeks to transform the concept of member to disciple. He leads with wisdom, not with imposition, he models transparency, responsibility, he trains the church and seeks to access training for himself, he collaborates with the conference and behaves like what he is, a true professional for the glory of God.
