This function has largely to do with the art of clear and precise execution of pastoral duties on behalf of the church and managing the holistic spiritual health of its families. Stewardship is essential in all aspects, teaching by giving an example of punctuality, financial security, organization, accessibility with members, effective communication, in short, being effective in administrative tasks with the church. You must be competent in the area of computing and social networks, since the times we live in warrant it, I recognize that I must strengthen this facet much more. You must show ease of speech, know how to listen and manage conflicts, since you must lead many meetings, commissions and agreements for the healthy growth of the church.
